ABOUT
The Brooklyn Desk
A working crypto recovery firm on Grand Street — built by people who watched too many friends get robbed and decided to do the work themselves.
OUR ORIGIN
Built from the wrong side of the trade.
We started Cryptosenti after watching too many friends, family, and clients get pulled into platforms that looked legitimate and weren’t. The asset went out on-chain. The platform went dark. The recovery industry that grew up around them was a mess of vague promises, untraceable retainers, and firms that delivered a PDF instead of the funds back.
So we built the firm we wished existed — a small Brooklyn desk that runs recovery end-to-end. We trace the chain, name the counterparties, engage the venues that can move money, work with civil counsel and law enforcement, and bring restitution back to the client. The report is a byproduct. The work is recovery.

HOW IT WORKS
Walk in. Tell us. We pursue it.
Reception is staffed by appointment. Free 30-minute consultations happen at the desk on Grand Street or by encrypted video. The first conversation ends with three things: an honest read of recovery odds, a proposed next step, and a written fee proposal — flat or contingency, never both. From there, we run the case to recovery, exhaustion, or honest stop — whichever comes first.
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
We do the recovery work ourselves.
End-to-end
We don’t hand your case to a third-party vendor. The Brooklyn desk traces, attributes, engages venues, coordinates with counsel, and packages restitution. One firm, one named lead per case.
Court-grade evidence
We write reports the way courts read them — chain-of-custody, timestamps, source citations. The same package that briefs your civil attorney and lands at exchange compliance teams.
No false hope
If the trail is gone, we tell you on day one. If recovery is realistic, we tell you the odds. We don’t take retainers on cases we can’t move toward restitution.

WHO WALKS THROUGH THE DOOR
Retirees, family offices, founders, builders.
Cryptosenti clients range from a retired Brooklyn schoolteacher who lost a year’s savings to a polished USDT yield platform, to family offices needing forensic packaging for civil counsel, to crypto founders hit by their own treasury operators. Every case starts the same way: a conversation at the desk, then a recovery plan.
WHERE WE WORK
10 Grand Street, Brooklyn.
Our office sits a few blocks from the Williamsburg Bridge in a converted industrial loft. We work in person. Clients are welcome by appointment. The coffee is from a roaster two doors down. The recovery work is global.
