Engagement

All paid services are governed by a separate written engagement letter signed before work begins. Use of this website does not by itself create a client relationship.

No guarantees

Cryptosenti provides forensic and recovery services to the best professional standard, but cannot guarantee outcomes. Recovery depends on factors outside our control (mixer behavior, third-party cooperation, jurisdictional reach). We will provide an honest read of recoverability before any retainer is taken.

Not legal advice

Cryptosenti is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Where civil action is appropriate, we work alongside your counsel.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York County.
